Dr. Marios Panagiotis Efthymiopoulos is Associate Professor of International Security and Strategy and Head of History, Politics and International Studies at Neapolis University Pafos, Cyprus. He is also founder and CEO of Strategy International (SI), Ltd. Dr. Efthymiopoulos is former Dean of the College of Security and Global Studies at the American University in the Emirates, where he now serves as an advisory board member. Dr. Efthymiopoulos has a PhD from the University of Crete in Greece in NATO-Russia Relations and a Masters in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of University of Vienna.
Dr. Anne Cullen is a seasoned academic leader with over 20 years of experience across universities in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. She is currently a lecturer in International Business and Asian Studies at Griffith University, Queensland. Previously, she served as Dean and Associate Professor at the College of Mass Media and Communication at American University in the Emirates. Dr. Cullen has held senior roles in academic administration, leading diverse teams with a strong emphasis on cross-cultural mentoring and inclusive leadership. She has also advised government and non-government organizations on leadership development, strategic management, and gender equity initiatives. She continues to contribute to the field through service on international academic and editorial boards.
