Dr. Marios Panagiotis Efthymiopoulos
Marios is Associate Professor of International Security and Strategy and Head of History, Politics and International Studies at Neapolis University Pafos, Cyprus. He is also founder and CEO of Strategy International (SI), Ltd. Dr. Efthymiopoulos is former Dean of the College of Security and Global Studies at the American University in the Emirates, where he now serves as an advisory board member. Dr. Efthymiopoulos has a PhD from the University of Crete in Greece in NATO-Russia Relations and a Masters in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of University of Vienna.
Dr. Anne Cullen
A seasoned academic leader with over 20 years of experience across universities in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, Anne is currently a lecturer in International Business and Asian Studies at Griffith University, Queensland. Previously, she served as Dean and Associate Professor at the College of Mass Media and Communication at American University in the Emirates. Dr. Cullen has held senior roles in academic administration, leading diverse teams with a strong emphasis on cross-cultural mentoring and inclusive leadership. She has also advised government and non-government organizations on leadership development, strategic management, and gender equity initiatives. She continues to contribute to the field through service on international academic and editorial boards.
Asad U. Khalid
Co-founder and Executive Director of Qbeel, Asad is a passionate storyteller and seasoned multimedia journalist with a rich tapestry of experiences spanning over 20 years. His career has taken him from the dynamic media landscapes of South Asia and the Middle East to the US capitol. As a former senior broadcast journalist at Voice of America and Assistant Dean at The American University in the Emirates, Asad has honed his skills in harnessing the power of media to inspire change and connect people. At Qbeel, he channels his expertise into helping both public and private sector clients tell their stories effectively, especially through documentary production, branding, and media trainings for executive leaders. With a keen eye for policy-oriented media, Asad is adept at designing campaigns that influence change-makers.
